We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
Our Content
All content on the platform, including questions, explanations, designs, graphics, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Content
When you submit feedback, reports, or suggestions ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate your User Content to improve our platform. You retain ownership of your User Content but represent that you have the right to grant us this license.
Test Results
You own your test results and performance data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and platform improvements.
Our platform is provided for educational purposes to help students prepare for the CEED entrance examination. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
Please note: Our mock tests are practice materials designed to help you prepare. They are not official CEED exams and do not guarantee any specific results on the actual examination.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as Google OAuth). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
"AS IS" Service
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantees about your performance on the actual CEED examination. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control. Use of our platform does not guarantee admission to any institution or program.
Content Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform. Questions and answers are for practice purposes only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the platform
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the platform
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CEED Mock Test Platform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prepzilla regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
